These guys are awesome, we have been coming to these vets for 10 years and they are the best! Today I saw Phoebe, Michelle and Milly who were super friendly and professional while seeing to our new puppies. I would highly recommend them!

Visited with my elderly cat and Georgia and the nurse( sorry I’ve forgotten your name ) treated her with such gentleness. They gave me lots of information and various options for treatment and at no time did I feel pressured to make decisions and felt that at all times they had the best interests of my cat at heart. Thank you

Another great visit at Phoenix Vets Sandhurst. From the initial ease of booking of the appointment to going to the practice to see the vet. Michaela the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and Zara the vet was brilliant with our 2 dogs, one of which didn't want to see her today. She was so good asking questions and answering all of ours, she really put our minds at ease. All in all a successful visit and for me having the healthy pet club, I know my dog is well looked after well by them.

Hi Team phoenix, I am sorry that this is a little late in posting. My first visit to Sandhurst with my pup Bailey,I have nothing but praise first visit 5th Feb,firstly ladies on reception, are lovely very informative, professional and engaging with myself and Bailey. Vet Alex was also very informative put myself and most of all Bailey at ease all checks were completed and Alex also answered questions I had on the vacinations and as I had asked for some advice of feeding for a growing puppy gave me some advice. Bailey wasn't aware of having his vacination the whole experience was great Thank-you Team Sandhurst... My second visit was at your Camberley branch, 5th March, again the ladies on reception cerys and Michelle was very polite and informative, Vet Annie too was lovely second Vaccination went well and again no rush I had a couple of questions Annie answered. Bailey was very happy with a couple of treats.... Both 1st and 2nd visits were 100% positive. I feel Bailey is in very safe, kind and proffesional Hands Bailey's mum Carol Cooper.....

I want to praise the receptionist, Michele, who could not have been kinder. Also vet, Rachel. It’s an anxious time when your animal is unwell and they really helped.

We’ve had all of our dogs with Phoenix since we moved to Sandhurst 16 years ago. The reception staff, vet nurses and vets are so lovely and kind and deal with the owners who’ve received bad news with such care. The vets explain things so a normal person can understand the options and consequences. The three dogs who we’ve said goodbye to whilst with Phoenix have been sent over rainbow bridge from the comfort of our own sofa at home. They go above and beyond to make sure the worst moment of pet ownership is made as bearable as possible. We are only leaving as we’ve moved county.

Lovely Vet, helped me through the complex steps of moving my dog to New Zealand. They were excellent, even though I was new to the practice they assisted wherever necessary and were perfect with my dog, who gets a little scared at the vet. Could not recommend them more.

Went in today for an initial checkup for my puppy. First off all the vet called us in 10 mins after our appointment time. He hardly spent 5 mins with the dog and start promoting and selling their services. It's my first pet and I want to make sure everything is fine with him. I felt he was being uncaring and sarcastic. I didn't question him at the time as i wasn't sure what check they were supposed to carry out on the initial checkup visit. Looking back I should have just walked out for the service I received but being polite I stayed through the whole appointment which was barely 10mins baring in mind more the half of it was him trying to sell me extras.
