Fantastic first experience at MediVet Yateley. I choose Medivet over other local vets due to the friendly reception I received when I popped in prior to getting my pet to ask basic questions. I was given answers and information to all of my many questions and a lot more advice on top! At our first consultation Sophie was incredibly kind and my puppy was calm and relaxed throughout. Really glad I have joined such a friendly and caring practice!... P.S there is no corporate feel about this vets, it's very homely and locally focussed.

Fabulous vets. Everyone is so friendly it’s a pleasure to go and they’re brilliant with my dog who HATES the vets and gets very very scared. Sophie especially is just fabulous. Totally recommend

Really impressed with the level of care and compassion shown by the whole team. The staff clearly care deeply about the animals they look after. Sophie has been wonderful, and Liv and Jo make the nursing team feel very supportive and welcoming. Exciting to hear a new receptionist will be joining soon too. A lovely practice with staff who do Medivet proud.

I would love to start by saying thank you to Sophie and all the staff for taking such great care of our cat Oreo. He had a nasty wound on his neck from a fight with another cat. The lovely vets were quick to see him and made an appointment with him the next day for pain relief, clean up and bandages. We have had regular post op care and visits with the team. Oreo has finally been signed off today and ready to go back outside for his kitty adventures. I can’t thank you guys enough for looking after our fluff so well ❤️ - Emma Junior

I’ve recently moved all of my animals to Medivet Yateley and I’ve been absolutely delighted. The whole team is so friendly and kind, and the service is excellent value for money. It’s really reassuring to know my pets are being cared for by familiar, friendly faces and that the team genuinely prioritises their wellbeing rather than just trying to make money. Highly recommend.

I'm leaving this review as I will be moving to the area and changing to medivet Yately from medivet Ashford purely because Ive learnt that Sophie Carman lead vet at Ashford is joining Yately. I sharing just one of my experiences of outstanding treatment Sophie has provided. Just recently Sophie has literally saved my young Spaniels life with her quick thinking and total diligence She spotted something wasn't right in his chest quickly organising a CT scan taking him in her own car to do that then organising a swift referral to The Ralph to their intensive care unit resulting in a Median Sternotomy. Without Sophie's extremely quick thinking and expert knowledge I'm sure

I know this practice over 13 years and I am very satisfied with their services. The practice is a stress free animal friendly environment, with knowledgeable professionals and staff who are very caring towards the animals. It helped my dog through very difficult times for many years. Highly recommend it.

It's always a pleasant trip to the vet, because there's a nice, calm atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the appointments are always on time. Even my dog is happy and excited to be there.

I had to have my beautiful Jazz put to sleep in July last year, Dimitrios and the team were lovely. This week I took my little puppy Zushi for her puppy check, she wasn't fazed at all, Dimitrios was very gentle with her.
