Medivet - Frimley Green

One of our dogs is terrified of going to the vets due to a bad experience when she was a young dog. Dimitrios was fantastic with her reassuring her and helping with positive reinforcement by giving her treats we took with us. Thank you so much, efcharisto poli, for being so caring and patient. Fiona, Holly and Willow

As always the level of expertise and manner which thew diagnosis was provided was at the highest level and at a level i could fully understand. The advice on how to progress was clear and precise. I could not expect a better possible service

Lovely vets who put me at ease when concerned about my poorly pet. They also seemed to put her at ease which helped with her nerves. Really caring and proffessional with great advice and open about cost. The receptionist was very helpful too and friendly which just makes the overall experience very positive.

I felt comfortable with the care given to my Jack Russell after swallowing a balloon skin. Thank you so much for your care and attention.

Once again I have been made to feel like a bad pet owner. Today I took one of my elderly dogs to see them for possibly her last walk. Which is one of the hardest decisions any pet owner can make. After I explained all my reasons for this decision including that she is in pain, which he agreed with, I don't want her to suffer any more. I was told that he could not do this as it would be on his conscience. He said he had to do tests first and he would not be bullied. When I explained that I would have to watch her suffer at home and that tests would only show that she is could have a tumour on her lungs his words due to her over panting. Why put a dog through prolonged agony. Out of this appointment I was made to feel like the worst person on the planet when I was only thinking of the welfare of my beloved dog. Do not go to them. There is some great Inderpendent vets out there.

I changed here from a previous vets when my 20 year old cat passed away. I have been with them since we got my puppy in lockdown. Our dog Ozzy is 5 Boxing day.The staff are kind and caring from Reception to vet nurses to Vets. Ozzy and I love visiting them. Annabel and Chris are exceptional vets. Wokingham Medivet vets are great too when Ozzy had an emergency stay and they are much more affordable to other vet practices. I pay the monthly fee £16.50 that covers 10 percent off treatment, vaccines, flea, tick, wormer 6 monthly checks and yearly check and they are happy to generally give advice whenever. I don't know all the staff names but the one receptionist I always remember is Mary who I've seen both at Frimley Green and Wokingham she is kind hearted and is very knowledgeable. I think that all the staff at Medivet really enjoy their job and to me that speaks volumes. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you Medivet. Happy Christmas, Happy New Year and to a great 2026 Love Ozzy and the Munday Family
