I've had dogs the majority of my life and never have I repeatedly had such lovely experiences at the vets as I have since I started coming to Gordon House in Camberley. All the staff are wonderful but I want to particularly mention Ivan who really goes above and beyond. He's obviously incredibly knowledgeable but he also listens to us, is understanding of each individual pets needs (one of my dogs is very nervous especially at the vets) and I really just can't praise him and his kindness enough. He even managed to look in my dogs mouth, he was feeling that at ease... this is totally unheard of, especially at the vets! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

We were referred here from the linked practice in Frimley Green as our dog required urgent surgery. I cannot fault all of the lovely staff that we saw from all of the lovely vet nurses to Vladimir and George. Their care, the communication and their availability to see and treat him was second to none and we cannot fault the care that our boy received. They went above and beyond! Glad I've found a vets I can trust, it seems harder and harder as years have gone by and a lot of them are just about the profit. I utterly felt and saw that they cared for our dog.

My mums beloved dog suddenly died VERY unexpectedly at the park on his daily morning walk, and my mum ran him into this vets (he was not registered here), and shouted for help. Multiple members of staff came running immediately, grabbed her dog from her arms and intubated him and did everything they possibly could to bring him back, even though they must have known how unlikely a revival would have been at that point. We can’t thank you enough for treating him like he mattered and asking no questions, just doing your job caring for every animal no matter who they are. Thank you so much everyone at Gordon House 🥹

I had to make an emergency visit to Gordon House Veterinary Hospital in Camberley on Sunday, 09/03/2024, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I called, they were incredibly efficient and got me an appointment immediately. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful—so kind, empathetic, and understanding of my situation. I was a bit frantic, but they helped me stay calm and reassured me every step of the way. The vet who attended to my cat was so lovely and gentle, which really put me at ease. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic in the Camberley area, I highly recommend Gordon House. A huge thank you to the amazing staff (apologies, I was a bit of a panic and couldn’t remember names), you truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
