And Thank you for Michelle and Cerys on reception who are so welcoming Bailey feels straight at ease, he also took a little walk around(cheeky) and found Vet Alex who again he knows from Sandhurst so he was a happy puppy. I can’t thank Phoenix Vets enough for the care and compassion they showed when I brought my dog in after a car accident on Thursday evening. I’m not even a registered client, but at around 6pm they welcomed us without hesitation and immediately focused on making sure my dog was safe and stabilised. The whole team was calm, professional, and incredibly kind during what was a very stressful and frightening moment. They gave him the urgent initial care he needed before arranging for him to be transferred to the animal hospital, and I genuinely believe their quick response made a huge difference. It meant so much to be treated with such empathy and urgency, especially as a walk-in in an emergency. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone involved—thank you for being there when we needed help most.

I can’t rate the service from Phoenix Vet in Camberley highly enough. They went above and beyond to help us with an unusual emergency - never once making us feel that the circumstances were ‘too much’. Thank you to Charlotte for her warm response to our initial phone call, Michele for helping us be seen at short notice, and for all the liaising she had to do with our former clinic to get the details - and to Vet Alex for his attentive, helpful and informative one on one consultation. Suffice to say, we without hesitation will make Phoenix Camberley our home vet practice going forwards. The care was exceptional! Thank you thank you!! 🙏

I brought my two cats today in for their check-up, and vet nurse Chloe Pye was absolutely wonderful. She handled both of my nervous kitties with incredible patience and genuine care, taking the time to make them feel calm and comfortable while explaining everything clearly. Her kindness and dedication really shone through—it made the whole visit stress-free for both the cats and me. A big thank you also to Michelle at reception, who was so helpful and accommodating when booking the appointment and sorting out all the details. The team here is truly top-notch—highly recommend!”

I found my elderly Labrador Lucie collapsed at the back door today on returning from shopping. I phoned Phoenix Vets in a bit of a panic and feeling very emotional - but Michelle's calm voice at the other end of the phone enabled me to "hold it together" as an emergency appointment was quickly made for us. When we arrived help was already assembled and on hand to help us into the surgery Rachel the Vet was brilliant with Lucie in dealing with her. Very thorough and understanding in her whole approach to the situation - and in explaining her thought processes concerning treatments for Lucie. I just want to say how grateful I am to all the members of the team that we met today at Phoenix Vets. Thank-you!

Their incompetence killed my rabbit. This has taken me a long time to write as I am still traumatised by the whole experience. I will never go back to this vet. I took my baby boy to the vet for a check as his eyes were red and icky. He was checked and the vet couldn’t find anything so gave me some eye drops to use for a week. She said his teeth were perfect so it has to be an infection. The eye drops didn’t work so I took him back to the vet and got a different woman who checked his teeth and said that they were so overgrown they had punctured his gums. In less than 2 weeks his teeth went from ‘perfect’ according to the first vet to so overgrown they were in his gums? They then did a procedure to file his teeth down and called me to tell me I should’ve been more careful as he was in a lot of pain and I had missed it. He was kept in Phoenix vets for the afternoon and then checked post procedure and I was told he was in great condition. £450 later his eyes were still really red. After how I was treated after his procedure I decided to go to a different vet and then got him checked up there where I was told that when his teeth had overgrown they had pierced his tear ducts and he would need to be put down. This was decided by 3 different vets on one day. There was one other option but he would’ve suffered too much and it would never have healed so we didn’t believe it would have been worth it for his quality of life. He apparently had ulcers all in his mouth due to the excessive liquid from the puncture by his teeth and was in agony the entire time he’d been going to Phoenix (another thing they missed). So a week after I payed them £450 to fix the problem they originally missed he had to be put down from the same ailment I went to Phoenix about.
