Ashworth Veterinary Group covers a wide range of species, including birds, cats, dogs, poultry, and small mammals. Our veterinarians, Dr Helen Watson (BVSc MRCVS) and Dr Amy Greentree (BVetMed MRCVS), are highly qualified and experienced, with a wealth of knowledge within their fields. As the director of the practice, Dr Watson strives to ensure that the practice maintains its excellent reputation, while Dr Greentree, as a consultant, provides expert advice and skill in animal care.

Alongside our veterinary surgeons, we are proud to have Mrs Anna Hayman (RVN) as part of our nursing team. Mrs Hayman is a committed and passionate veterinary nurse, with a deep love for the animals she treats. All members of the Ashworth Veterinary Group staff work closely together to ensure that every animal is treated with the utmost respect and compassion.

Our practice is designed to cater to all the needs of our clients and their pets. With modern facilities, we strive to provide the highest level of care for all animals under our care. Some of the facilities we offer at Ashworth Veterinary Group include:

1. Open at weekends: We understand that pet emergencies can happen at any time, and we want to ensure that our clients have access to the best possible care when they need it. That’s why we are open on Saturdays from 09:00 until 10:15.
2. Client car park: We offer a convenient, on-site car park for our clients, ensuring that visits to our practice are as hassle-free as possible.
3. Disabled public access: Our premises are fully accessible, allowing all our clients, regardless of their mobility, to have comfortable access to our practice.

Ashworth Veterinary Group is available to serve your pets’ needs throughout the week. Our opening hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:30
• Saturday: 09:00 – 10:15
• Sunday: Closed
