I absolutely do not recommend this veterinary clinic. The staff, from the front desk all the way to the back, were horrifically rude and unprofessional. The receptionist was the worst, constantly rolling her eyes and talking over me. It was obvious she hated her job, and her attitude set the tone for the whole visit. Unfortunately, the other staff members weren't much better. They were quite dismissive of my concerns and rough when handling my dog. I will not be bringing my dog back here and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We have been using this vets for 7 years now, despite moving back to Basingstoke. We have always had really good experiences and our nervous dog has always been treated in a way that suits her, with kindness and compassion. All of the staff over the years have been amazing.

All the people working here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can feel that they really care. Once, we found a little hurt bird in the middle of the road. We took him in, and they took care of him. They even called me back to update me on his conditions after the Vet visited him. Now we have a dog and he loves coming here! Great service, definitely recommended.

Thank you for providing excellent care and treatment for my retriever over her 17 years. She was very healthy for most of her life but you were there with your expertise when I needed it in her last few years. And a big thanks for the help you've given me with all the other pets I've brought to you over the years, I'm sure there'll be more to come!
