Friendly practice with pricing available up front on the website. The have looked after my dog for several years and I have always been happy with the care and support provided.

I could not recommend Firgrove Vets enough, especially the Yateley branch. The moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, you are treated so well and we've used Firgrove for years now. Highly recommend them to anyone with pets. Big thanks to Dan the Vet recently for your help with Nala our dog, we're forever thankful for the little things!

Absolutely brilliant, have been amazing with one of our guinea pigs, they have fitted us in for last minute appointments and provided great care at a very affordable cost

Everyone was so kind, especially fitting my poorly rabbit in at the last minute at the weekend. Very much appreciated.

I seriously seriously am so impressed by the staff at Firgrove Vets. I couldn’t ever recommend a better service. I was in tears this morning and was so reassured and managed to sort all my enquiries out, both professionally and the staff was so understanding. Thank you Zoe and the other staff here, I appreciate the support 👏🏼👏🏼

We had an awful experience with Firgrove Vets. The vet we saw did nothing to reassure our clearly scared puppy and in fact his manner needlessly distressed her. He then recommended expensive surgery to remove two slightly misaligned baby teeth — just two weeks before they were likely to (and did) fall out naturally. His communication with us was hard to understand and he was reluctant to talk through risks or alternatives. Thankfully we did not put our puppy through a significant surgery, anaesthetic and nights away while she was still settling into her new home. Not to mention the expense. She is now six months old and her adult teeth have come through with zero alignment issues. Her care is no longer with Firgrove.

Many of the vets here are lovely, but if you are putting your pet down, please do not book with Nathalie Fellows. We had a very distressing experience, and I personally do not think she should handle end-of-life care. She was cold and lacking in empathy. When we arrived, she seemed shocked that we were there to put our cat down and even asked why we were there. She did not explain the process at all. Once the cannula was in, she was ready to put our cat to sleep on the table without letting us know what was happening, giving us time to say goodbye, or asking if we wanted to hold her. Everything felt rushed. Afterward, she took our cat away immediately, leaving us with no time at all. It was an awful experience. Please don’t let your pet’s final moments be ruined—book with one of the other vets instead.
