Immensely rude - if she treats the animals the way she interacts with humans then i'd be very concerned. Go somewhere else, anywhere else -honestly.

As other review the lady who answered the phone was very rude, answered telephone with a mumbled hello, had to ask if it was the vets. I called as my cat is missing, so naturally am upset anyway, this lady offered not sympathy and just said no we havent had anything handed in, did not ask description of the cat or where he went missing from, if he is microchipped etc, she reluctantly took my telephone number to call me if my cat is handed in not that she would know as again did not take a description of him also did not ask my name! Have called all of the local vets and they have all been so helpful and friendly and reassuring would recommend any of them over this one! I just hope they look after the poor animals that are unfortunate enough to go here better than they do people!
