For a long time I've held Vets for Pets in high regard. My old dog received fantastic care at the Stourbridge branch and after moving to Kidderminster I transferred my cat there. However, today exceeded any expectations I had. I have a another cat who is a stray at the moment. I got home from work seeing he didn't look well and clearly had an infection. I phoned Vets for Pets at 6pm with absolutely no expectations to be seen but hoping we could get in tomorrow. Caroline on reception took the call and managed to squeeze us in despite closing at 7pm. Martin the vet was phenomenal and clearly loves animals. Casper (the cat) even got some Dreamies! I've always known they were compassionate and always held Vets for Pets in high regard, but this evening far exceeded my expectations! The staff even kindly stayed a bit later just so we could be seen. Thank you so much everyone! I'm so glad you're my vets!

We moved from another vets after some pricing issues and we couldn't be happier with these new vets. Our bulldog needed an operation and I was so concerned as brachycephalic breeds need extra care. From the receptists, Caroline and Sophie, who were so kind when I had a wobble, to Sally the nurse who looked after Bryan, to Ed the vet, who not only operated, but did amazingly well with what could have been a large and ugly scar, we couldn't have asked for better treatment and care. Thank you so much 😊

I think one of the clearest measures of a veterinary practice is how they treat wildlife (animals they won’t benefit financially from helping). I brought a sick pigeon here today after witnessing a group of teenagers trying to kick and chase her. I didn’t know what else to do, but the team took her in immediately. They were honest that they didn’t know whether they’d be able to help if she couldn’t fly, but they reassured me they would assess her injuries and do what was kindest. Even if the outcome is that she has to be put to sleep, that is infinitely more humane than what she was facing before. Their willingness to help an overlooked animal speaks volumes about their values. This practice clearly cares about animal welfare, and I’d have no reservations bringing my beloved pets here (if I had any!).

I've always taken my dogs to vets4pets. They've always been brilliant. More recently, my girl ruptured her cruciate ligament, and she's already back to her mischievous self. I would recommend them to anyone.
