Best vets ever. They do not overcharge for medications, very happy to issue prescriptions so you can buy pet drugs yourself. We received personalised care for our Malinois Roxy as a result of which she had an extra two years of happy living with us after she was diagnosed with a condition which normally means a life expectancy of a few weeks. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Really nice vets. Put our mind at ease with our dog Coco. Saw us at short notice on day we were leaving for holiday and put him right with some pro biotics.

Such a wonderful team. This was our first visit. My dog is extremely anxious and we've had issues even getting through the front door of our previous practice. Thus, I thought that we would try a new one. The practice manager and the 2 friendly receptionists were very welcoming and all 3 made efforts to befriend my dog and help her relax. The vet (Rebecca) was calm and did not rush the appointment. Her steady manner was very much appreciated. I am so pleased to have found this practice and cannot recommend you highly enough.

I was originally a little nervous about bringing my pet here as some reviews seemed quite mixed but fortunately I have no negative remarks or comments about this veterinary practice at all. I waited to write this review until I had visited a second time to ensure that I hadn’t just got lucky on my first visit. My partner and I brought both of our Guinea pigs here as one of them had injured his eye. I first phoned in to book the appointment and was able to book for the same day as it was quite urgent. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly, informative and made me feel at ease especially as I am someone who gets very high anxiety during phone calls especially under circumstances like these. On arrival at the practice we were quickly seen to and ask to wait in the small waiting area. The practice was running on time and soon enough the vet called us into our consultation to check over our Guinea pig. She was very thorough and explained things very well and the room itself was clean and well looked after. At the end of the visit we were able to collect and pay for the consultation and medication all in one go. The consultation fee was £40 and we paid an extra £40 in various medication as well. The vet requested a visit 1 week later and so we attended that as well. There were different vets on shift this time and we were also greeted by a different receptionist all staff were very friendly again. The vet this time also quickly checked over our other Guinea pig as well and assisted with claw clipping at no extra cost. Regarding our injured piggy she was very informative and honest about treatment and potential outcomes if our Guinea pig wasn’t to recover as well as hoped (he is recovering perfectly fine so far). I liked that nothing was sugar coated she stated the facts about how he is now but what could possibly happen if he was to deteriorate relating to possible surgeries etc. The whole experience here put my mind at ease that my Guinea pig was in safe hands. Overall I will definitely be visiting this vets again without a doubt.

Vale Vets in Arleley Kings have looked after our dogs and cats for many years. We have always received great treatment. Unfortunately my King Charles had an eye infection over the weekend but we were given a very quick appointment and the vet did a thorough check before prescribing some eye drops. Recommended.
