We had to say goodbye to our Bonnie yesterday. She collapsed at home and when we arrived Will was waiting for us. Unfortunately she was too ill and we said our goodbyes. Thank you to Will who was fantastic and was so caring. I have been with Vales for years and the receptionists are very caring and friendly once again thank you from Sue & Vicki

Had my beautiful JR Tilly put the sleep yesterday, Vales Kidderminster when above and beyond to make this experience as stress free as possible. From the receptionists, Nick and the lovely nurse each and everyone showed so much compassion and respect at such an horrendous time. Thankyou so much to all incredible service and staff .

I have been a client of Vale Veterinary Group Kidderminster for over 30 years. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Most recently my dog had a mass removed from her eyelid and it all went very well - Will ( the vet) was was happy to answer the questions I had, and I received a follow up phone call from one of the nurses. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming and also provided the information required for my pet insurance claim. I can highly recommend this practice. Thank you to all at Vale Vets Kidderminster

I was goingbto.ley this go but cant.Still feeling sad at loss of our nearly 21 year cat Cleopatra whom sadly had cone to the end of her time in June whilst we away on holiday, poor brother and sister in law had to take her to be put to sleep. She had been having monthly painkiller injection for about 3 years so well known there. But still feel sad that my little soul mate didn't warrant a sympathy card being sent to us from vales afterwards, when I know other people have received them , felt she and us overlooked, and didnt matter, -especially after I was handed incorrect envelope of her paw prints and fur, - ok I should have checked the address on the envelope before leaving, but wasn't really in the right frame to think to and realised the mistake after finding a different coloured fur in envelope . Felt slighty let down and overlooked by a place I've used for a long time for cat care , shan't use again in the future

This was our first visit to this clinic, unfortunately linked to the passing of our cat Polik, a stray we had been caring for over the last nearly two years. He was brought in by some very kind people, and we are grateful to them, as well as to the clinic, for the care they provided, offering him comfort and relieving his suffering. This situation has broken our hearts, but we are extremely grateful because the clinic showed us empathy, patience, and gave us time to say goodbye to our cat. Their care and kindness went beyond what we expected, and it was clear they treated our cat with respect and tenderness. His small body was returned to us in a beautiful box, which allowed us to take him home, say our final farewell, and then bring him to the crematorium. We are deeply thankful to this clinic and highly recommend it to anyone. We also think we will be returning here in the future.

We have been customers of Vales for some years for our Cats welfare and have had very good service. I had a bit of a scare when one of our Cats got stung by something recently. Viv, Stephen and Ange were able to help her out at short notice and put my mind at rest. Treatment and Tests were completed quickly, Thank you for your expertise. Update November 2023, Our Male Persian Cat has a painful tooth that requires some Dental work, like some cats he suffers with Stress when taken to the Vets, which is upsetting to witness. Sadly after taking Him to his appointment and signing the consent forms for the costs. We later received a call to postpone for a week, due to an emergency admission. He's a little Sad and sleepy at the moment. I will update with his progress. Latest update, He has been discharged from the vets. All is well, we have a Happy Pusscat again. Many Thanks Lisa.
