We want to say a heartfelt thank you to FAB Vets for their excellent and compassionate care. We’d give them 10 stars if we could. Also, whilst it wasn’t about money, their prices were very reasonable and less than our old vets. We called them when our usual vets couldn’t fit our very loved dog Benny in for an emergency, and Sarah on reception got him in immediately. Our vet Fran was wonderful, very kindly and professionally explaining our options and helping us make the difficult decision to give him a dignified death (he was 14 and had an inoperable tumour). The next day we felt complete trust in Fran so we asked for her again for this final appointment, and it meant a lot that she said supporting us with this was a privilege. All the staff, from reception to the vet assistants, were wonderful. They made Benny so comfortable and supported us the whole way through at our own pace. Afterwards, it was so lovely to receive their condolence card in the post. Our only regret is we didn’t use FAB Vets earlier! But when we’re ready for a new dog, we know who we’re bringing them to! Thank you so much everyone!

We cant recommend this vet highly enough, during a very difficult time the exceptional kindness and compassion shown by all staff, especially Fran and Connie meant more than words can express. They treated our lovely dog Cooper and us with gentleness, patience and respect and took time to explain everything. Their empathy and professionalism made an incredibly hard experience a little easier and we are deeply grateful for the support and comfort they provided.

Outstanding vets. The team are genuinely compassionate, understanding and highly professional. I would recommend to any pet owner, from minor problems to major issues they have been outstanding with my dog over a long period and I cannot speak highly enough of them.

The most amazing vets I have had the pleasure of in the last 30 years. The care they provide to your animals (babies!) Is exceptional always with love and kindness. I recently visited with my neighbours dog as an emergency (she ate 70% cocoa chocolate). The care you gave was brilliant. Thank you for showing me compassion in my blind panic. Thank you Sarah for your kindness. Thank you everyone! You truly have the most amazing Vetinary practice.

We took Ella out 15 year old British Shorthair to Paveley and Day due to her suddenly loosing the use of her back legs. They acted quickly and professionally to try diagnose the root cause and gave us all the information readily available to help decide next steps. Fran, in particular, went above and beyond to check on Ella over the next few days, and also on us as owners. We were struggling with the thought that we might have to say goodbye. I’m happy to report that with some rest and physio, Ella is back walking and on the road to recovery. Thank you all at Paveley and Day, you’ve been amazing, Love Dave & Soph 💙
