In all the years that I've had dogs, Blacks vets is easily the best vets surgery I've ever dealt with. The staff are friendly and caring, and always address my pup by his name and are happy to see him. We've had a tough time with our dog over the last 18 months or so, and the staff and vets at Blacks have always gone above and beyond to make sure our dog is comfortable and looked after. The kindness and care they've offered him has been second to none, and he absolutely loves going, no matter how he's feeling, which says everything you need to know. If Charlie could review this himself, I'm sure he'd give Blacks Vets 10 stars, especially his vet Dom. He is so grateful for Blacks Vets help. Blacks Vets - 10/10, highly recommended.

I changed to this vets practice 2 years ago when I needed emergency vet treatment for my dying dog… ( as I was having trouble getting hold of my current/local vet) they were fantastic although I wasn’t actually a client. They were so kind to my dog in his last few minutes. I now use them as my main vets, it’s worth the drive from Kidderminster. They are very, very helpful and kind , whether it’s on the phone or face to face, nothings ever too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone who cares about their pets. My dog loves going there! 🫣🤣

Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further

It was our first trip to the vets with our cats, for their annual boosters. They're rescues and so very nervous of people in general. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. There's a separate area for cats and dogs, and we were seen after about 10 minutes of waiting. The vet was very good with both cats, very calm and friendly. All went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
