Absolutely excellent veterinary surgery and excelent staff, we had to have our dog put to sleep last Thursday and (Emma) was Absolutely excellent with our boy shay, I think he took a shine to her as he didn't like vets in the slightest thank you all for your help in this hard time and keep up the amazing work from Alison, Scott and family

Receptionists were fine, not much water in the bowl and drying pee on the floor though. Was seen half an hour late and wasn't impressed at all with the vet. Seemed totally miserable, non compassionate and uncaring. Wasn't interested in what I was saying at all. Questioning whether to continue with Blacks vets Sedgley after this visit

First visit, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Vet Katrina was thorough and gentle examining my elderly dog. I felt confident with the advice and plan of action going forward, I didn't feel rushed to get through the consultation and would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I cannot recommend vet Conor enough. His kindness, love & compassion is something we will never forget. He made the last year of our Polly’s life the best it possibly could be, I don’t believe we would of received this level of care with anyone else and no amount of words will ever be enough to thank such a wonderful vet. THANK YOU so much for making such an awful time, so peaceful and taking time out on your only day off to ensure Polly had the best possible care right up until the end and being there for us, he sit with us and talked through happy memories and never made us feel rushed. We will never forget it.

Every visit, the team goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable and well looked after. They’re also super helpful whenever I have questions, giving clear advice and support. Friendly polite staff made me and my dog feel welcome. Going to Blacks vets is somewhat regarded as a treat for my dog and he tail wags constantly from the time I pull on the carpark until we leave

Very clean, very tidy, very easy to navigate! Cloud is our first fur baby and as a raging autist, I struggle a lot with new environments and experiences, so I was quite nervous going to the vets with him for the first time. You know what though? We had absolutely nothing to worry about 😂 The receptionists were lovely, welcoming and easy to speak to; Vet Connor was brilliant and was very understanding when my agent of chaos decided to seek comfort on top of the biohazard bin...because apparently that screams comfort 💀 very smooth sailing appointment and Cloud left as a healthy boy with a slightly bruised ego, very very happy with the service. The 'Health for Life' plan Blacks Vets offer as well is really helpful and just makes the whole process so much easier and stress free. You can really tell that the people who work here enjoy their job, it's really nice to see 😁 keep doing what you're doing, it's fantastic 🐈🤎
