I've had nothing but positive experience here as a customer for years. Much better than manor vets, no mistakes, no rushing you, always polite, always get me in and team on reception are great. My German Shepherd Skye can be a nightmare (only at the vets nowhere else) and the team and Dr Murray are always so good with her and patient which makes it slightly less embarrassing. We have our cat here too. Thank you and I always recommend to friends and family.

I have two cats registered with Blacks Vets and we're usually at the Segley branch (which is also fantastic) but its being refurbished so were currently using this practice and its a great vets. Staff are friendly and so helpful, and I cant thank them enough for helping us give Mama a happy home. I love that Blacks offers a minor treatment payment plan that helps reduce the cost of neutering and spaying, and covers the cost of a few small treatments pet owners will likely find their pet needing. Its just a weight off of my mind knowing they're covered. The surgeries are clean and beautifully kept, and they have a dedicated cat area with little blankets sprayed with feliway that you can pop over your cats carrier if theyre a bit anxious

This is the best vets that I’ve ever been to. The receptionists are absolutely lovely and so are the vets. I was going through an upsetting time with my dog and they were beyond nice to me and put me at ease that my dog was in such an amazing vets. The vets were so knowledgable and there was a nurse that was so caring. I couldn’t recommend this vets enough.

Brilliant practice, my usual vets for my dog, had an emergency with my little dog Cleo, they saw her almost strait away on a bank holiday aswell. They quite possibly could have saved her life. Shout out to Dr Kevin and Luke! Amazing service. The whole practice really do love animals and are so passionate, professional and understanding.

Excellent service. It was an emergency visit and from making the phone call , being seen. Sedated and had an xray was within 2 hours. The vet was excellent. The only issue is the cost, but that’s not the vet’s issue it’s because of who they are controlled by. I’d definitely recommend anyone to take their pets here . The photo is him still doped up from the sedation but happy to be home .

This month was our cat's health check and the opportunity to talk with the excellent Dr Kevin about a few concerns we had. Kyro is not the easiest cat to examine! An ex feral and very feisty - but Kevin is amazingly kind, patient and gentle with Ky, and the health check went okay. Problems were detected with Ky - and the appropriate treatment was identified and administered, with clear instructions to us as to how to continue this at home. We have used Blacks in Dudley since we had Kyro back in 2020 and in our opinion they are outstanding in the care they afford to our cat. Special mention to Dr Kevin - he really is a very special Vet, and we feel 100% confident that he has Ky's best interests at heart when he has been dealing with Ky's health and well-being over the years. We certainly intend to stay with this Surgery for the long-term. Thank you to all the staff at the Surgery. Ky is so dramatic - he refused to pose for a post-treatment pic, chosing to cover his eyes and not look at the camera ... we've yet to tell him that Dr Kevin expects him to lose a kilo before his next visit ... 🙈
