Honestly I was stressed enough as it was having my old girl feel unwell so I went to get her checked and didn’t give any info on what was going on just that I needed an appointment for the cat and after waiting 20 mins over appointment time the first thing they asked me do you want her euthanised didn’t even get her out the carrier yet and when I was already clearly distressed as was my partner I think it was so unprofessional won’t be going back there I’m glad I got the cat sorted but the lack of empathy towards others was appalling to be honest

Took my hamster here as it had a growth which I knew it was a cancerous tumour and was hoping that the vet would put the hamster down as it was unfair for the suffering that was going to come. When I got a appointment with Monish one of the head vets he was quite rude even getting me to pick up the hamster for him and him not even getting close to the hamster nevermind touching it, I was then told that it was skin cancer and we asked the vet to put him to sleep he then said if it was a human would you which is anthropomorphism not even taking in to account of people's experiences with stuff like this such as cancer affecting loved ones. He then said if I was to put him down it would not be now and in the future. We ended up leaving the vets with oral cat medication to help shrink and prolong his life by a couple of months which cost 66 pounds. The hamster then lived for a couple of weeks and had to suffer. I wouldn't recommend Monish or his veterinary practice at all. After all vets have to listen to you and only advise as part of their profession.

Really wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Just get sent straight to West Brom for 90% of things and then when they are meant to be having check up’s they dont even look at the animal just such a waste of money going here and honestly nearly put my cat to sleep the other week and I’m so glad I went else were as she’s not doing so much better and I was so close to taking the advice given from them but something told me to go try elsewhere- and because I did I have got to spend time with my fur baby One thing though the young lady on the reception with a fringe is so lovely and caring and actually helpful.

Charlie is absolutely great receptionist, very friendly and helpful. I always have an appointment with Monish and so can only speak on my own personal experience of seeing this Vet. He is very professional and has looked after my cats especially my eldest for 12 years. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. A Big Thanks to Monish and Charlie 😃
