NOT TO BE TRUSTED TOTALLY CLUELESS, TOLD US OUR DOG HAD BLOOD IN HER WEE SHE HADN'T, TOLD US WE PAID FOR A BLOOD TEST, SHE DIDN'T HAVE A BLOOD TEST, TOLD US DIDN'T TAKE CARD PAYMENTS, INVOICE SHOWS PAID BY CARD, TOLD US SHE WAS DUE IN SEASON, SHE WASN'T BEEN NUETERED ELSEWHERE, NEVER WILL RETURN CHARGE FOR SERVICES AND WHEN PROVEN IN THE WRONG THEY STILL HAVE THE BALLS TO REFUSE A REFUND!! NOT ONLY THAT THEY TRY TO TALK TO YOU AS THOUGH YOUR THE STUPID ONE?

Joined this vets by friend of a friend recommendation great at first no complaints or concerns at all, until my dog became very ill and collapsed with heat stroke, after trying to cool him down he was at the practice for just over an hour and as they were closing I was told they couldn't care for him as the staff was going home, so I had to take him home even though he still had a temperature of 42c !..all I was told on putting him in my car was if he gets any worse by 9pm take him to the pet 24hr hospital.. in less than 18hours I had lost my beloved 4 year old French bulldog !..the hospital said my dog should never of been moved and should not of been told to take him home especially with a temperature that high he should of been sent straight to the vet hospital,if correct procedures had of been followed my dog would of had a chance of pulling through,it was sheer negligence on the vet who treated him and the owner who never apologised or showed any remorse !..not to mention how broken hearted we all are and that he's no longer in our lives, think very carefully if you are thinking of joining this practice all they are interested in is your money not the well being of your animal they are a disgrace and not to be trusted !.

Proper old-fashioned, no nonsense veterinary care!! All staff are lovely. Graham is a wonderful and professional vet. They don't over charge like the bigger conglomerate practices. Plus they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. So glad I have all my pets registered there.

Definitely the best Veterinary practice in the area. We get first class but sensibly priced care for our dog, Buster. He is not altogether keen on visiting however, but the vets are incredibly kind and take the time to settle his nerves. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Worst vet company ever, they are very arrogant from receptionist to know all surgeons, all they are after is profit , they rip you off with proscriptions because even though I paid £18 for a prescription note from them I still got my antibiotics less than half price, they will keep adding things on to make there profit cover there running costs. Don’t use them because they make out to be cheaper but that’s when they start adding extra costs.
