Lovely and kind staff at Manor vets, Northfield. Always efficient service from the reception team. All the vets are very proffessional and will always offer a reassurring word. The reception is always lovely and clean and I always appreciate the reminder text and messages that are sent to me. Thank you for taking care of my little fur baby.

Saw my very ill elderly dog at a moments notice when my own vet wouldn't see us until next day. The vet Daniel gave my 13 year old dog the time and space to examine her without a muzzle. As she is extremely nervous and timid this is the first full examination she has ever had. Well done Daniel and thank you for helping and being patient with Mollie

Manor Vets are just incredible and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my pets. From the friendly and welcoming reception staff to the vets who genuinely take time to ensure you understand what they're saying, the options available to you and next steps. I always feel the treatment they suggest is appropriate and they give a good range of options where they can.

I have been very happy with the annual check up and treatments for my cat since moving to Manor Vets Northfield. There’s a payment plan which helps to spread the cost over the year. There’s a payment staff are genuinely interested in the individual personalities of the pets and taylor their approach accordingly.

We can’t thank Manor Vets enough for the care and compassion they showed towards our beloved cat, Jerry. From the moment we walked in, the whole team were kind, supportive, and understanding. They not only looked after Jerry with such professionalism, but also supported us as owners through a very difficult time. Receiving a sympathy card and forget-me-not seeds after his passing was such a touching and thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to us. It shows just how much they truly care about the animals and families they look after. Thank you to everyone at Manor Vets for your kindness – it will never be forgotten. I've left you a funny photo of Jerry one that always makes us smile :)
