They have always been good with my pets whether it's treatment or end of life care. Prices, like all vets have shot through the roof for treatment. But I've always found end of life prices very reasonable and the staff very kind.

The best vets practice ever. We fully trusted them from the very first appointment to our last which was almost 10 years later. The animals come first here and they go above and beyond for the owners too. We have now moved city and always think of Cramer when we use any other vets. Tempted to travel the 120 miles with the cats to still use you!

Incredibly friendly staff, very compassionate. They supported me fully through putting my old cat to sleep, who was my first ever pet. Gave me plenty of time and explained things well. Thank you for seeing us. Highly recommended, they have great reviews for a reason! They often can’t take new clients if they are full, but they currently are, so worth using these vets! Very disabled friendly!

I have had the pleasure of using Cramar for years. I have taken on a challenging rescued dog who has medical conditions making him less tolerant. They have been brilliant at working with me and my boy. Not once have they given up on us. Thanks Ruth, Clare and all the amazing staff at Cramar.

The best vets for my pets! We own dog and cat and Guinea pigs. I have used Cramar vets for them all and my experience was always super positive. Very professional, knowledgable and kind people. Not only vets there, even nurses and receptionists are always super helpful. You can’t go wrong here!

It’s quite stressful putting a pet into a basket which they aren’t familiar with, there no need to get to the vet to early for that reason. We were 2 minutes late due to emergency road works along reddish road and we’re scolded by the vet. Not needed and it was unprofessional.
