I came to this vets 4 years ago, whilst covid restrictions were still in place as my cat of 19 years needed to be put to sleep. This was one of the few local vets that allowed me to stay with my cat and hold her as this happened, and to this day I am still so touched and so grateful for the grace and kindness shown to me in this heart breaking moment of losing my best friend since I was 4 years old, by the wonderful vet - and I wish I could remember her name to thank her personally. Really great, compassionate service

Brilliant service. Brought my 2 cats for a check up, both were shy at first but the vet is super nice and quickly checked them over.

Not my usual vets but there were no appointments at my one. Was a bit of a treck to get there and was lucky enough to get a parking space out the front. The reception was nice a welcoming and had a separate waiting area for cats which was appreciated! Service was good, would definitely go again if mine wasn't available!

I had a mixed experience at this clinic. On the positive side, the vets here are extremely knowledgeable and took great care of my pet. You can tell they are professionals who truly understand their craft, and I felt confident in their abilities. The clinic itself is also very clean, which is always a good sign. However, I was quite disappointed with the receptionist. Despite explaining our situation politely, she was very rude and showed no empathy whatsoever. It was frustrating because we were just trying to get some help, but her lack of courtesy left a bad impression. I hope the clinic addresses this aspect of customer service, as it really impacted the overall experience.

First visit is fine. But for the second visit, we wait half hour for the treatment. After that we go around a bit and have bit lunch and find out the car been lock there in the customer car park. They never say the car park will be closed and lock at 12am Saturday. We have to wait until Monday to get car out. The nearby sho own say that happened more than once before. They wouldn't put sign or simply call us. That's stupid ever customer car park.
