Received a message to say my aunts cat needed flea and tick treatment so I called in to Evesham to collect.A man called Mason seemed to enjoy informing me in a jobsworth manner that he could not sell me the medication without seeing the cat.We have collected the same item many times without the cat being present. A total waste of my time and petrol (liquid gold).No mention in the message to bring the cat or to make an appointment or to telephone.Very poor to say the least.No wonder so many people are moving to other practices.

£64 for one minute!!!!! Martin & Carr has gone soooooo downhill since they were bought out. Used to be a lovely little vets with reasonable charges. Not now though……. The £64 for one minute is not an exaggeration, it’s what I’ve just paid for a vet to look at my dogs paw and say there doesn’t look like there was a thorn in it. Just that, nothing more. In and out in one minute! Ridiculous! PS although I am incredibly unhappy the above is not a reflection on the friendly staff.

Can’t recommend Martin and Carr highly enough! The team of vets, nurses and reception staff are all lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I really feel like they care about my dog and feel happy to leave him there for treatment. We’ve had him neutered recently and the service from start to end was really great. And a competitive price given all that’s included - follow up checks, stitches out etc. Special shout out to Mason who patiently answered all my questions and really helped me through the whole process to ensure the best outcome for my dog.

Carly at reception is absolutely lovely, and all of the vets are so kind and caring. No question is ever seen as silly, and everyone is always so helpful and reassuring. It’s clear they truly care about both pets and owners. I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else!

My first experience was a sad one. I had to say goodbye to Lulu aged nearly 16..my toy poodle. The staff were extremely kind and understanding and she passed away very peacefully. A few days later I received a beautiful card with the sweetest message inside together with forget me not seeds and also a little paw print of lulu. Needless to say it really got me.. But I couldn't believe how lovely that was. I can't praise them enough.

I cannot emphasise how lovely everyone is at Martin & Carr. They’ve always looked after my pets for many years. Nothing is too much for them. And the care for my beloved pets is second to none. I 100% recommend this veterinary practice. Thank you for looking after Dara yesterday after his seizures ♥️
