What a superb, professional, sympathetic team. We had to take our beloved Mini-Schnauzer here four times over Christmas as she was suddenly declining at nearly 17 years old. My constant companion & best friend since she was seven weeks old. The worst decision had to be made and the team were so thoughtful, helpful & understanding that we were utterly heartbroken. Ebony was treated with tenderness, compassion & dignity.

Very professional practice, squeezed our dog in at short notice when the vets were fully booked, but still took time to examine her properly and find the problem. Great service on a busy Saturday.

Thank you to Olivia and the lovely nurse (I’m sorry I was too upset to get your name). Truly kind in difficult circumstances. I was a mess, but you dealt with our beloved Taz,, her passing, and all our emotions in such a compassionate way. I’m so grateful you were both on call to care for us all. Thank you.
