I have been with this practise for years, they are so helpful and friendly and are there when you need them the most. They are fabulous in treating my Cocker Spaniel being aware that he is very anxious and make the experience a good one for him.

Staff are friendly but the surgery itself is not well signposted and is difficult to spot on a very busy road, which often means I overshoot the entrance. Trees need cutting back and a proper sign that is visible as you approach needed

Thanks so much to the very helpful Receptionist Callum. I couldn't get an appointment for today but Callum booked one for me at Gatley - which is my usual practice- for tomorrow. He checked other branches of the practice for availability and was overall very helpful and sympathetic. It makes a huge difference to customers who are worried about their pets to speak to someone who obviously cares about animals- rather than just booking in appointments. Thanks Callum.

Really hopeful Veterinary practise. I recommend this lovely care for your pet. Patch went on 192 to get there, see photo 🐱.

Nice first visit with our new puppy! Very professional and kind. Might be worth listing an IN and OUT for the car park or some markings on the floor to state where to/not to park. A lady came in quite heated about someone’s parking and was very rude to the lady and the staff…just a thought!
