Excellent service throughout. Unfortunately my cat fell poorly out of hours over a weekend and was referred to Woodcroft Veterinary Hospital in Cheadle Heath. They were Excellent! Blu was admitted & treated for 48hrs (thought he was going to end up with an ASBO at one point 🫣 - long story) but the staff were great with him. Unfortunately 6days later he was re-admitted as he had declined. The care Blu received, was excellent. I received twice daily updates. Can't thank the team there enough for everything they did for him. He is now home & getting back to his mischievous self 🐈⬛

We were referred here by our primary vet for further investigation and treatment, and I cannot thank the team enough for the care they provided to our Frenchie, Cookie. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at ease. Everything was explained brilliantly, which really helped lower our stress during a worrying time. Cookie had to stay overnight, and the communication from the hospital was fantastic—we were kept updated every step of the way. I couldn't have wished for better care for my girl. From the admin staff to the nurses and vets, you are all amazing. Thank you for everything!

We cannot thank the team at Woodcroft Vets enough for the compassionate care they gave our dog in her final days. Every single member of staff was kind, understanding and treated both her and us with such dignity and respect during an incredibly difficult time. Nothing ever felt rushed, and their genuine empathy made all the difference. A truly lovely team who went above and beyond, and we will always be grateful for the care they showed us.

Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

It's been just over a year since my Mimi was last treated at Woodcroft Veterinary Hospital. An extremely traumatic experience that I had at another veterinary surgery was put right by Woodcroft. Mimi was very well looked after by Alex Wilson, and Alex treated my need to find a solution with urgency and compassion. I cannot thank Alex enough for helping Mimi and I feel forever grateful and lucky to have had Alex looking after us. I really cannot recommend Woodcroft enough and I hope my review and latest photos of Mimi gets passed on to Alex.

After an awful accident, all the team at Woodcroft went above and beyond to meet the needs of our beloved Luna and ourselves. We will be forever grateful to the vet Helen, and everyone else that helped look after her. The reception staff were extremely friendly and compassionate, especially to my 15 yr old son, who they offered a cup of tea to because he was in shock.
