Our dog gets very anxious at the vets and we were bringing him to discuss symptoms of anxiety he was displaying at home. The vet came outside to examine him and provided an abundance of treats (our dog is a Labrador). It made for a much more pleasant experience for him and for us.

Wonderful vet practise with the loveliest staff. I've been bringing my cat here since I got her a few months ago and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Everyone is so clearly an animal lover and are so helpful and friendly. Couldn't recommend enough!

The Heaton Moor branch clearly care about the animals and their owners above and beyond their day-to-day job. I really respect the vets' advice and care. Special kudos go to the nurse and reception team who go above and beyond giving reassurance and a warm welcome.

Having been a client with my dog Cilla foe more than 10yrs, excellent service from staff, very helpful. There have been many worrying times as all pet owners realise. The staff marvellous, these staff at Heaton Moor, we have also had to visit the practice with alarming times to hospital in Cheadle hulme, still excellent. Although, yes all staff really good, I would like to pass a special thank you many times to vet Harriet, she is absolutely marvellous. Thank you to you all Janice Jones

Woodcroft vets Heaton Moore refused to see my sick dog because I was 10 minutes late for an appointment, held up in traffic, which I feel is unkind inhumane unprofessional and discussing. Eve Cunningham

Really amazing Vets. Having come here from Vets4Pets after a horrific experience. Woodcroft is immediately better, my dog used to anchor down and refuse to go near the exam rooms of the previous practice, here is completely different, the staff are amazing, the vets are approachable and knowledgeable. By far the best we could ask for.

The Heaton Moor practice are always very pleasant and genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. Making appointments is easy and rarely have to wait too long. I have been taking my pets to Woodcroft in Heaton Moor for what must be in excess of 30 years and have never had any reason to complain. To make things easier I am in their pet club which makes payment for routine annual boosters, worming and flea treatment very manageable. I recommend taking your pet there (far better than the chain of vets you may know of up and down the country.

I have no hesitation in recommending both this practice and the Woodcroft group after they dealt with the truly sad passing of my cat Lil Bear. If/when I get another pet in the future, this practice will be my first port of call for veterinary service as they honestly did everything right from start to finish. Courteous, professional, honest and sympathetic to the end. I'd personally like to thank Aisling Ryan and Cara Lewis and the Heaton moor receptionist (apologies for not getting her name) They all did the Woodcroft group proud and Cara in particular provided an extra special service in helping me deal with arrangements for Bears cremation. Thank you all x
