Lovely practice, nice and small with low staff turnover which gives consistency and knowledge of your pet. I never feel they are pushing unnecessary and expensive treatments and tests (unlike our previous vet) I find the advice given is clear. On a recent visit the vet Abigail was very reassuring but also very clear on when and how to get further advice if there was any deterioration over the weekend.

I only in last 2 weeks transfered my dog here & they have been fantastic; my dog was very poorly & she still has a long way to go till fully recovered. The compassion; care & advice from all there team has been lovely. Abigail the vet is wonderful. I can't thank you all enough.

Our 2 dogs have been coming to vets4pets Cheadle for several years and they’ve been great. We’ve actually moved out of the area and still travel here because we’re so happy with the service. They still honour our vacs4life plan which makes the travelling worthwhile. We love hearing how they’ve cared for our dogs whenever they’ve been in, giving them lots of care and affection (even singing to them to keep them calm😂). They are always transparent about pricing and offer to help with insurance claims when needed. And whenever we’ve had something our insurance doesn’t cover, they always offer options to bring the cost down. They are always accommodating with appointment times and it’s great they do late afternoon appointments so we can come around working hours. The repeat prescription ordering process is also really quick and efficient for our dog who has monthly medication. All in all, it’s a great vet practice and we feel great knowing our dogs have access to this level of care when they need it 🐶

The staff at vets4pets are so understanding and told me the right thing to do for my doggy and showed so much empathy. Couldn't recommend more. Here's my doggy.

My cat( Katy) and I, love this place, specially during covid, u sit in your car and they come outside, each and every one of them are super friendly and professional. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
