We’ve had a really positive experience with Medivet over the years. A special thank you to Dr Niven at the Chorlton branch and Renee at the Gatley branch for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our cat. They have always taken the time to explain things clearly, helped us navigate more complex paperwork when needed, and made what could have been stressful situations much easier to manage. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and their owners. We’re very grateful for all the support and would highly recommend Medivet to other pet owners

All the staff, as always, make a fuss of my dog Nala, which she loved. Can’t thank Medivet Gatley enough for always treating Nala like the queen she is and the love they’ve always shown this breed (it’s her mums vet too). Highly recommend ✨

I sadly had to have my 13 year old dog put to sleep. Medivet Gatley were amazing, they rushed us right in, sat with us whilst we went through the procedure and told us to go home and not to worry about payment and they would contact us. They contacted a week later for payment and were very caring. They rang back a few days later when our precious boy was back and the casket, pawprint, poem and bag of fur was just beautiful. They were amazing and so thoughtful throughout our sadness I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you so much.

Excellent staff and facilities. Greenbank Veterinary Clinic have been very supportive of our work at The Hulse Towers Hedgehog Refuge for many years. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all lovely, friendly, and very professional.

Have to reduce the amount of stars given originally. Tho our initial appointment was good. It was hard to understand the vet or vet to understand what I was telling him due to his knowledge of English. Second time round dog bowl is filthy with no cold fresh water in. It's +24 outside. Reception staff tho friendly, however today needed to wait extra 30 min for my appointment. Puppy was getting agitated! The nurse I saw talked so much and so quickly I couldn't put a word in!! It works both ways! Let people speak! And at the end was charged £60. Part I understand was for dogs pill... second part I don't understand. Came in for 10 min 30 min late appointment just for a brief ear check up! Was told to pay £50.
