Can’t thanks the staff and vets at this Vets enough . Whilst away on holiday our labradors foots swelled 4 fold and she was very ill and in pain. These got us in within 2 hours . Transpires she’s was bitten by an adder and their knowledge and rapid response probably saved her life . Strong meds and lots of cuddles later she’s well on her way to a full recovery . Thank you will never be enough . Love the Laws family

Our dog pulled out a claw while we were on holiday, which is why we went to this vet practice. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful and Polly was helped immediately and very professionally. We were also given very precise instructions on how to change the dressing ourselves. Many thanks for the great and caring treatment.

Absolutely delighted with recent surgery carried out with Rhona on our 2 kittens, Archie & Murdo, they have been great and had no problems at all. And Rhonda very kindly assisted with one of our new born lambs, after closing hours on Saturday, with a wee eye issue the lamb had, which we were extremely grateful for. So from ika & Jane, thank you so very very much, wonderful vet, wonderful service. Thank you xx

This was my vet with my late labrador & always very happy, particularly their compassion at the end of his life. I recently adopted a large, fearful rescue dog. A quiet time for visit was accommodated but couldn't get him across the threshold. However all the staff came out to meet him and Rona Campbell was fantastic with him - after gentle introduction, he allowed her to examine a cut leg without having to be muzzled. So appreciate the humane, personalised service which meant a stress-free experience for the dog (and me!). Very reasonable prices too.

Poor experience - we were on a road trip from Ireland to Isle of Skye, before going back my dog needed a tapewarm treatment due to the Irish legal requirement for entry. I called the practice a week before to get an appointment and explained that we need this for re-entry to Ireland. They told me that we don’t need an appointment for the warm treatment and we can just show up. So we did. It was all fine at first, we registered with the practice, gave the warm tablets to my dog with the lovely assistant. All was well until it was time for the main veterinarian (Rhona) to sign my dog’s passport. I overheard her giving out to her assistant, then her assistant asked us to wait for a while - she didn’t know how long. We waited 25-30 more minutes then we were asked to come back tomorrow and were given an appointment. They held on to my dog’s passport.. Good thing we weren’t in a hurry! Next morning we showed up, they took my dog in while I was waiting in the lobby which really stressed out my puppy and she was crying the whole time. I don’t know what they did in there since she got her tablets the day before. After about 30 minutes and two wrong passport entries later, she came out and apologised for the mishap yesterday and told me I should have gotten an appointment. If the first day they told me I needed an appointment, instead of going through the whole we would have said yes of course. The whole thing was managed so poorly, I don’t think she was sincere at all. She should be thankful for her lovely staff who did their absolute best to manage this bad experience.
