Can't thank the practice enough. After finding a lump on my cat i phoned for appointment which I was given following morning even although my cat was not registered. Having convinced myself I wouldn't be taking my cat home the vet assured me that yes my cat had cancer but at that point was manageable with medication.Forward 3 months my cat deteriorated and on phoning practice was given appointment. Taken to a quiet on clinical room she was put to sleep. The staff couldn't have been nicer.few days later I recieved a lovely card with some flower seeds in memory of my cat .This practice goes above and beyond .I thank you

Vets are writing whatever they want in their reports and won't admit to making a mistake. Practice manager backs up against the client suggesting that the client is lying. Yet still they have a cheek to charge me for making an insurance claim I haven't even started! What the vet has written in the report is not only false but making the claim useless (Illness could be understood as existing pre-insurance what is untrue! Symptoms started a week before I got a visit, they reported "it was developing for quite some time"! We've insured only two weeks prior to the ear infection. I was so relieved that I did take insurance, but then Tay Vets happened). They also make mistakes while charging, but make you pay anyway later. Imagine going to the grocery store after two weeks only to be charged for items that they forgotten to scan previously. Moreover, the follow up appointments are sold as necessary even though that should have depended on the condition of the pet. All that's a pity as receptionists are very friendly and the practice is close to where I live. Vet Patricia has no idea how to make ear smear microscope slide to look for mites but charges 22£ for her incompetence in that. She traumatized my cat and diagnosed nothing, then prescribed every possible medication she could think of. And wrote lies in the reprt. Avoid!

Mrs. Olga is the best vet. patient, explains everything, the cat does not feel stressed. Mrs. Olga found the disease in the cat on the first visit where other vets did not see a "problem". I am happy that we found such a wonderful vet.

They've went downhill since moving their practice. My dogs used to enjoy going to the vets & enjoy the extra attention but haven't since they've moved the practice. Vet doesn't spend any time trying to calm nervous dogs (which have became nervous due to bad experiences there) and god forbid you've got a lead reactive dog as dogs are allowed to just free roam round the waiting room and come through doors and approach your dog.
