The clinic is owned and managed by Dr Jessica Smit, a director and one of the several veterinary surgeons who attend to pets and animals every day. The clinic provides general practice and emergency care for a range of species including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, and poultry, and prides itself on being there for your furry friends whenever they need it.

The clinic has a variety of departments, and veterinary surgeons Dr Emily Munt, Mrs Alison Gaskell, Mr Callum Patterson, and Dr Claire Newton also attend to and assist in treatment and diagnosis. The Pines Veterinary Clinic offers an array of helpful facilities to make your visit easier, such as a client car park, disabled public access and priority given to emergency cases. Also, the clinic is open during weekends to ensure happy pet health during the weekend too. The clinic has a well-trained, friendly team of veterinary nurses led by head nurse Mrs Laura Hill, who assist in surgical procedures and provide general care to the pets.
