We cannot thank the team at The Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre enough for the care they gave to our beloved Zorro. From the moment he was admitted, the level of compassion, professionalism and communication was outstanding. Irene, in particular, was the most lovely, caring and attentive vet. She treated Zorro with such gentleness and respect, and she treated us with equal kindness during an incredibly difficult time. We received regular updates throughout his stay, which meant everything to us. The team even sent beautiful photos, allowing us to see him and feel connected while he was being cared for. Every step of his diagnosis was explained clearly and thoroughly — we felt fully informed and supported in understanding his condition and our options. Although the outcome was not the one we had hoped for, we are so grateful that Zorro was seen at The Ralph. The standard of care was exceptional, and we truly could not have asked for more. We wholeheartedly recommend The Ralph to anyone needing specialist veterinary care. They are compassionate, professional, and truly outstanding at what they do. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our boy. Lots of Love Maria, Gina, Jess and of course Zorro xx

After almost 2 years, all the visits, all the scans, consultations, examinations, observations, phone calls / emails (almost %90 from our end) this is the state of my dog in the attached photos/videos. He is in agony, he can barely walk and we have no idea what's wrong with him. All this time the 2 orthopedic surgents Bertie P. and Jan J. showed no dedication or medical competence. They barely showed up at the consultations 4-5 hours after we were admitted only after we kept insisting, they sent assistants, technicians etc, they hadn't studied the files, they didn't know the basics about the case, they were impatient, uninvested, uncommunicative, unhelpful. They did very little then muttering our own ideas back to us... (There is so much more, for one thing I'm glad I resisted not to have Lio operated in 2024 against all Bertie P.'s insists with no evidence...there is so much so much more but I won't go in detail here) At the end we had enough, we told them we had zero confidence left in them to find out Lio's problems and to treat him, we told them they should be ashamed of themselves and asked for a referral to a different hospital. We were so happy everything about the first team (dedication, knowledge, interest, curiosity and more) helped get Lio better in 2023 (neurological vet Inez and orthopedic surgent Daniel, I think -- one Spanish one Italian) I don't know what happened, I don't know what happened to them and to Ralph. This is so so so unfortunate. I can not possibly recommend Ralph if you're an orthopaedic patient.

This place will forever hold a special place in my heart. My beautiful bestie, Bella took ill and was referred as an emergency. I was a complete emotional wreck but the staff there are so kind, sensitive and thoughtful that it quickly eased my fear and sadness, from the clinicians to the care coordinators and receptionists. Sadly, my Bella was diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma and so only has a short time left. Once she came home the staff have been amazing at keeping in contact, returning calls and emails and checking in now that she’s on palliative care at home. I’m obviously devastated but feel better knowing we have their support until it’s time to say goodbye. So on behalf of my beautiful Bella and I, thank you. 🙏🏾❤️🫶🏾

Our black lab spent nearly three weeks at Ralph Pet Hospital after a terrifying episode where he vomited a large amount of blood. From the very moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They stood by us during one of the hardest times of our lives, helping us navigate agonizing decisions with compassion and clarity. Our boy underwent two major surgeries and received multiple blood transfusions. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the team, we were able to bring him back home—something we will be forever grateful for. But even if the outcome had been different, our gratitude would remain the same. The level of dedication, care, and genuine love they showed our dog was extraordinary. A special thank-you to Marisa and Martha from the Critical Unit, who fought so hard to save our boy and cared for him as if he were their own. And to Meghan from finance, whose support and guidance made it possible for us to pursue the treatment he needed. Ralph Pet Hospital is filled with exceptional people who go above and beyond for both their patients and their humans. We can’t recommend them highly enough. They gave us hope, strength, and ultimately, more precious time with our beloved lab.

We cannot thank The Ralph enough for the incredible care they gave our 6-month-old Doberman, Reggie, after he suffered a broken neck running into our patio doors. From the very first moment, Irenka and the whole team were simply exceptional. They not only gave Reggie the best possible treatment, but they also kept us fully updated every step of the way, which made such a difference during such a worrying time. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by everyone at The Ralph went above and beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to the entire team for everything they did for Reggie and for us as his family.
