We are open from Monday to Saturday, with extended opening hours on weekdays from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Our team is made up of highly trained vets, veterinary nurses and advanced practitioners, all dedicated to providing quality services to both you and your pets. Our Veterinary Surgeons are led by Dr Charles Ratcliffe who holds a BVSc CertAVP(GSAS) and MRCVS. Dr Ratcliffe has a vast range of experience and is committed to providing the best care for your pets.

Our Veterinary Nurses are led by Mrs Faye-Marie Munns who has years of clinical experience and possesses a strong passion for providing optimal care for your pets. The Advanced Practitioners team provides top-notch care to animals with complex diseases and injuries., they are equipped with the best knowledge and the latest technology to ensure the best outcome for your pets.
