Booked at Vets4Pets and the service there was fine but it's been two months of chasing up and they haven't managed to provide the details needed to the pet insurers. It's been a real hassle and a waste of our time.

Terrible experience. I don’t think the clinic owner is to blame, but unfortunately the vet I saw is affecting the reputation of the practice. The communication was unclear and at times felt quite condescending. Even after I asked for clear and professional communication, nothing really changed and I left feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. I was also surprised to be asked about a basic medical protocol that I would expect a vet to know, which didn’t give me much confidence. Overall, the experience added a lot of stress at an already difficult time with my cat. I did get the medication in the end, but because of the experience I’ve decided to move to another veterinary clinic.

I want to be clear that I have no issue with the vets at this practice — however, I feel I need to flag my experience with a receptionist named Jenny today (2nd April, approx 4:20pm). I called in a distressed state to request an urgent appointment for my cat, who is showing worrying breathing symptoms. I was polite throughout. I was told the earliest slot was a week away. When I explained it might be urgent, Jenny’s response was that because symptoms had been ongoing for six months, it wasn’t urgent — without asking me a single question about what the symptoms actually were. Breathing problems in cats can be serious and fast-moving. The fact that a receptionist felt qualified to dismiss my concern without any triage questions was alarming and upsetting. Her tone was passive-aggressive and dismissive at a moment when I was genuinely scared for my pet. I have submitted a formal complaint. I hope this is taken seriously — not for my sake, but for the sake of every pet owner who calls this practice frightened and vulnerable.

We was with another vets who we were getting very disillusioned with somebody mentioned this Vets and we are so glad they did. They are excellent completely different experience to our old Vets. Also the costs are very reasonable. Would highly recommend

I recently took my 10-year-old chocolate Labrador to Vets for Pets and had a fantastic experience. The entire team was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The nurses were especially knowledgeable, which put me at ease during the visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my dog was comfortable throughout the process. It was smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt like my pet was in safe hands. I highly recommend Vets for Pets for their professional care and wonderful staff!

Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.

Our beautiful Ruth and Eric had to leave us forever, but the team we're absolutely fantastic, faultless! Anthony was our vet and he is outstanding, the compassion, care, dignity and consideration shown to our beauties and us is second to none, off the scale, I can not recommend maidenhead vets4pets enough, we appreciate all they do and are registering all our lovelies with them, can't express enough how great they are.
