Excellent service until I tried to leave their plan due to moving. Sent an email saying I owed money. When I called I was told I had to pay the balance on the annual plan but could still have its benefits. Not ideal but I paid. Then got an email saying I couldn’t continue the benefits and had to email the practice manager if I wanted an explanation. Still haven’t had a reply to my email! Currently thinking I’ve been conned out of over £200

Today 8th JULY, 2025 ... A poor CAT was run over outside across from our House today down All Saints Avenue, Maidenhead by a car who didn't stop unfortunately... I just wanted to Thank the vets and the staff on duty today for their work in locating a microchip for the deceased cat... They kindly told us to leave the cat with them and they will take care of everything from here and at least they will be able to contact the owners to let them know. Thank you 🙏 🤗💜🤩once again for providing such a service as this for deceased domestic animals.. BLESS YOU.. May it R.I.P NOW 😘😸 ROY and LISA KING xx

I managed to get involved with a puppy scam!! I thought I was buying 2 dogs, needing a new home in difficult circumstances. I turned to pines vets for help. They were incredible! Especially Michaela! She found an animal sanctuary that I could take them. Arrange a time and date for me to drop them off. Thank you! I was so blessed by pines vets. It was an awful experience and I felt so supported by this local vet service and their ethics of championing re homing to stop animals going back into a money making scandal!

I highly recommend this clinic. The care and attention my cats receive everytime is outstanding. Dr. Callum is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with cats, especially with Ragdolls, which was a huge relief after visiting other vets who didn’t fully understand the breed. It’s great to finally have a vet who understands my cats’ needs and who truly cares.

If this business is still owned by 2 sisters the the owner don’t care about the animals at all. My work colleague, took his to for check up,(the lab is 10 years old) they said he has to be put down, they got 2nd opinion, found out that the dog had bit of a flu and early signs of arthritis in 1 knee. Now, the pine vets said the dog has to be put down, after asking few questions about the owner’s finances, But the vets that gave 2nd opinion said the dog needed some gel for the knees, and an injection and his heart and lungs are fine. So how could PINE VETS, say that the dog needs to be put down and the other vets say he is good health other the small things like the knee issue and bit off illness. I think vets like these need to be avoided who look/ ask about you finance situation before they give the verdict about what needs to be done to the beloved pet. Also, the problems they stated, they did not show X-rays to the the person. I just feel vets like these con people out of the money. I would never ever take my tabby cat to these heartless money grabbing owners. I hope you live you family member animal also to avoid getting scammed. After going to pine vets, PLEASE GET A 2nd OPINION. You may just enjoy few more years with you buddy.
