Hall Place Veterinary Centre - Pinkneys Green

Got an appointment quickly and staff were very friendly and professional. The vet thoroughly and gently examined my nervous dog, and discussed findings and options with me so I could make an informed decision. He didn't try to recommend unnecessary diagnostics (scans, x-rays, blood tests etc.) which I've heard can happen, and adapted the prescription to fit what I had found to purchase online which was very kind.

We have been taking our dogs here since 2012 and have always had wonderful service. The vets are happy to have detailed conversations about any conditions that are causing concern. A very good relationship with them, a huge thank you to all, especially Nicky the receptionist who has been with us all the way.

Fantastic service again from the team. We needed an urgent appointment on a Saturday as our dog developed a lame paw the day before we were due to go on holiday! We were seen that morning and after a thorough examination received some anti-inflammatories for him and he is now back to chasing squirrels. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Thank you Jennifer for taking great care of my boy , he had trust in you so much that it made me feel so at ease . You treated him as if he was your own thank you so much for your love and care it means alot .

Making excuses to take more of my money. Treatment for dog was overpriced and cremating him was 350 quid, no choice of different types of cremations. Only a 2 star as the staff there are very nice.

Great experience everytime. Most recently vet Jennifer was fantastic in her care and preparation for my cats to fly overseas. Highly recommend.

The best vet practice we have ever used. We are very lucky.

The entire team at Hall Place are exceptional. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have taken such good care of our springer spaniel, always greet us with a warm welcome, and talk to us in language that doesn’t require a veterinary degree. Thank you!

We sadly had to put our 18yr old cat down called Buttons. Chris was so so lovely and patient with us, he made it so peaceful. Really loved his service to us. He made our hearts smile and such a sad time. Wishing the best for him and his future endeavours. He is really appreciated, God blessed us with such a kind soul to help us say goodbye to our best friend.
