I visited this practice with a friend. The receptionist was rude. We then were called in by kim (vet) The vet was rude and patronising and didn’t really explain anything properly. To be honest she didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. The story about what the dog was supposed to have changed. Kim (vet) was not interested in listening to the new symptoms that the dog was displaying and instantly dismissed them. It’s the worst practice I’ve ever been to and I wouldn’t take my dog there. I advised my friend to change to a different veterinary practice, one that actually tries to help and actually cares. The vet here couldn’t give a toss and it makes me laugh that she calls herself a vet, she’s obviously is in the wrong profession. To anyone who is reading this I strongly advise not to join this practice, find another one who actually cares.

Cheaper than most places however the receptionist team show limited competence every-time I need my prescription sent off to the medical supplier. Every-time it’s an attempt to money grab— understandable most vets try rip you off. The constant “I will call you back” and never do, claims to have sent the prescription but I need to call 3-4 times to pressure them to actually send it. Horrible experience every-time. Never had problems until this. The team need better communication amongst themselves and with customers on procedure.
