The nurse who saw our spaniel, Rolo, today was great - so friendly! He tried to leg it out the door when he realised he was going into a consultation room to have his nails trimmed but she was very good with him and it was over in no time! Plus a few treats to give some positive reinforcement. It was all very efficient so thank you so much!!

The reception team are always friendly and welcoming, and the nurses and vets provide exceptional care to both our cats and dogs. They take the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish, ensuring you fully understand each step of your pet’s treatment. The whole team consistently go above and beyond to offer support, compassion, and expert care. We feel incredibly confident knowing our pets are in such capable hands — truly a fantastic clinic!

Absolutely Amaizing Staff.Last year one of our cockpoo she was run by a car near stanlake road . around twyford.We took our dog there they didn't even charge us any money for the consultation.They tried everything with our dog.I will give them highest rate.Our dog died they wrap our dog in the towel.Also our dog was not registered with them.the staff they deserve highest rate.xxx

Can’t rate these guys highly enough! They have been exemplary when looking after us and our dog throughout his operation. All the staff are incredibly experience, caring and helpful. Our dog just loves going!
