The nurse who saw our spaniel, Rolo, today was great - so friendly! He tried to leg it out the door when he realised he was going into a consultation room to have his nails trimmed but she was very good with him and it was over in no time! Plus a few treats to give some positive reinforcement. It was all very efficient so thank you so much!!

The reception team are always friendly and welcoming, and the nurses and vets provide exceptional care to both our cats and dogs. Absolutely Amaizing Staff.Last year one of our cockpoo she was run by a car near stanlake road . around twyford.We took our dog there they didn't even charge us any money for the consultation.They tried everything with our dog.I will give them highest rate.Our dog died they wrap our dog in the towel.Also our dog was not registered with them.the staff they deserve highest rate.xxx
