We have been with Ben at Vets for Pets for many years now & I can honestly say that Ben is the most knowledgable, most caring, most amazing vet! Our Burmese cat is almost 20 years old & has been looked after by Ben & the team since he was a young cat & they have been incredible with him. Archie was diagnosed with arthritis when he was about 10 years old & recently he was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Ben has been able to manage his medication so well that Archie has still had a very long & very comfortable & happy life. He also operated on Archie a few years ago to remove a lump & Archie recovered so well. Archie has injections here once a month to manage his arthritis too. Thank-you so much to Ben & all the team at Vets for Pets. The most amazing, caring, Vets, nurses & team you could ask for.

This is a really brilliant vet's practice. All the staff are lovely — and all the vets are equally capable. My pets seem to spend a lot of time here and the vets have pretty much done everything for me from surgery on my daughter's gerbil to remove a tumour (who knew that could be done?!) to monitoring our dogs's heart condition. Hugely appreciate how brilliant they all are

This vet practice is one of the best in the area. Ben and the team are so caring and really look after our pets (and us!) and always show compassion and understanding. They take the time to explain what's wrong and what the options are to help your pet. Even when the sad event happens that your pet has to be put to sleep, they send a lovely card in the post a few days later sending their condolences. All of the team have such a caring attitude to their customers.

When we urgently needed a specific post care diet not stocked by our local vet Winnersh Companion Care pulled out all the stops to supply and ensure our cat's rapid weight loss was arrested. It was our first visit to their practice they have an immaculate waiting area, peaceful atmosphere extremely helpful staff. The whole experience was a hugely positive experience at a critical time. So thank you to Jenna, Emma and Karen, our cat loves the food and we are so happy that he is eating again. Would wholeheartedly recommend you and have already passed on your contact details to friends.

My partner went to pets of home Winnersh to buy an eye ointment because our dog scratched his eye.Pets at home advised that this can only be prescribed by a vet(the vet went on to prescribe chloramphenicol eye ointment for humans and charged £35.72, which costs £6.49 in the pharmacy.)we were charged £60 for consultation and £31 for putting 2 drops in his eye.we left feeling the care of the dog was secondary to financial gain and we will not be visiting this vet again. This is one of the veterinary organisations that has caused enough concern that the government has now implemented guidelines for pricing so that the pricing system is more transparent and less likely to rip off the customer. I had heard on radio 4 this being discussed, this was my first encounter with these big veterinary organisation rip offs.

Would give zero if could. This place is a disgrace. Their pricing keeps changing every time different price. I understand inflation is everywhere but not every time you visit you get a different price. Dispicable. Receptionists have no respect for customers. You ask them a question about pricing, they give you attitude and behave unprofessionally, talk about you to their colleagues while you are there. Time to boycott this place like the rest of the miserable shop.
