  My bunnies are so well looked after. The staff are all lovely, both professional and friendly. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable about bunny care, and have been actual lifesavers for Cinnabun. I cannot recommend Medivet enough!

  All good, they do a very nice job looking after my dogs. Through thick and thin. More importantly the dogs dont mind going in either.

  Our vets practice has the most lovely staff. Every time we visit, they are always running on time, so engaging with my children and I don’t feel rushed at all, I can ask all of my questions. My cat did a wee once during the appointment and they were so understanding and helped me clean it up and gave me some puppy pads to make sure my cat was comfortable on the way home. We also booked my cat in for a spay three times because my cat was accidentally fed on the morning of the operation twice!!! They were so understanding and rebooked two times. They did not make us feel bad at all even though we had to cancel twice. They said it happens all the time and they did not charge us for the two cancelled appointments. So grateful to have people who genuinely care about our pets, who are excited to see our pets and engage so well with my children. I would recommend them every time.

  I had a very good experience with Medivet Lower Earley. The staff were polite, caring and professional, and they handled my kittens with great patience and kindness. The vet explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. It was clear that they genuinely care about animals and their wellbeing. The only small difficulty is that the clinic is quite far from my home, which can make regular visits such as vaccinations and future check-ups a little challenging. It would be wonderful if Medivet could consider opening a clinic closer to our local area in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Medivet Lower Earley to other pet owners.

  Excellent Service by Vet Julien who is very knowledgeable and experienced with a compassionate and caring attitude. He always takes time to listen to our concerns and gives us good practical advice! Never feel rushed by him. Thank you Julien and team!

  I love this vet surgery. Chumley (my dog) is so excited to see them all, he couldn’t care less if they’re going to jab him with a needle, as long as he gets to see them (and the others dogs in the waiting room if there’s any :D). They will always try accommodate where they can to fit us in or advise us on best pricing options. Super friendly and helpful. They’re great, I’ve recommended them to friends.

  Took my boy King (1 year old Rottweiler) in to be sedated today to have his ears flushed out and I can’t thank you team enough! Everyone was so understanding of how nervous I was about leaving him and if he was going to be ok but I felt at ease knowing they all would take care of him and give him lots of love and affection. Everything went to plan and he was home within 3 hours and he’s sleeping it off, thank you again team! THE BEST VETS!
