Nothing but good things to say about this vet practice and the staff, everyone is always friendly and welcoming. We have been going to these guys ever since a different vet did a botch job on one of our dogs and Kirsty instead of going on her lunch break gave it up to fix him. Georgina has helped us a lot with one of our dogs who had an awful medical condition and she was nothing but compassionate and caring. Our favourite vet Jess is one of the best we’ve been to, from puppy vaccines, training appointments and looking after my dog after he ruptured his bladder, she is always so helpful and has never tried to sell us a product that wasn’t needed and is always willing to help us with some of the rather difficult dogs we work with. Overall if I could give them more stars I would and I will always recommend them!

I changed from a well known Bracknell vet to Vets4pets just after I got my new Shar Pei puppy. Vets4pets were so understanding of his breed and took the time to help him to relax. He is very reactive and they look after him so well. He is no longer anxious about the vet. Thank you everyone at Bracknell.

We used to be with this surgery, they have been ok for the past few years but what made us give them two stars is their emergency vets, very expensive and unfortunately not the best. Having a pet which is like a family member deserves an excellent treatment at all times, unfortunately you cannot choose an emergency vet, it comes with your vet’s surgery and their emergency vets gave us a very concerning experience. The main reason for our review and for moving to another vet. When choosing a vet, please ask and investigate their emergency vets.

I would give 0 stars if I could dreadful and traumatising experience staff were always friendly my dog went here all the time for her routine flea and worm and check ups I had a pet plan with then had a lot of trust in them. The vet was very inexperienced and done a botch job on my dog resulting in my dogs death and 7 dead puppies the puppies were lacerated down their backs with a scalpel and I wasn't even informed until I saw deep wounds down there backs my dog had to be taken to an emergency vets for then to re do the whole procedure and re stitch her again where a spay was done. They also left my dog for 30 mins as they was unprepared and didn't have medication on site so they had to drive to another clinic to get the meds and leave my dog for 30 mins. The manager is rude and she told me the puppies were going to die anyway my dog was healthy!!! I now have to every day re live this traumatic moment they left the puppies in a plastic tub with a latex gloves filled with warm water to keep them warm there is so many failures that went wrong in this and my dog being dosed up on meds i wasnt even told anout they only said she was anemic and said there was no bleed yet clearly there was something very wrong as she passed away the night after absolutely disgusting avoid if u can take your pet at your own risk I am now left with a constant broken heart!
