Used to really like this practice then a lot of staff left and it changed to cvs. What a change it just seemed to be about money. I continued to go because 1 of my dogs is very scared of the world but loved 1 particular vet and trusted her but he had to go on ketamine injections and was given too much on two occasions and a nurse stopped the vet doing it again on the 3rd visit , he was absolutely traumatised and he is now more scared than ever. When I had to pay for the injections they were never the same price when I asked to speak to the manager she never got back to me. I have now left and will never go near the place again

Absolutely amazing vets! We unfortunately had to put our dog down but the team here made the whole experience so much more bearable and put him to rest with such dignity. Thank you

Quoted us an insane price to help my cat, when i phoned a different practice and found out they can do the same for a third of their price these guys sent RSPCA to my house. My cat is healthy and happy now, not thanks to you.

Brilliant practice my aged little dog had died overnight in her sleep and as I am an elderly lady I was unable to dig her a grave. I called this practice as they are about 5 minds from my home even though I have not been with them for long a loverly lady came out straight away to collect her from me for cremation and didn't, charge me anything for their service as a pensioner I was so gratefully.

I cannot recommend this vet practice enough. I joined when we moved to Bracknell and did my research before taking my dog here. In the more recent months, the care, compassion and genuine support provided by everyone here has been absolutely amazing and appreciated. My dog Ted became quite poorly over Christmas and I was seen as an emergency on the 27th following him collapsing. He was in and out for various scans and tests throughout Jan and was greatly cared by all of the staff there. He was put on steroids and his symptoms massively improved with the idea of a check up in 3/4 months time. Ted had unfortunately a complex case, with various heart issues and a liver mass appearing. He started to become quite unwell again and he severely deteriorated this Monday gone. Isabel and Michael (who were Ted's primary vets) both kept in contact with me and Ted was in on Monday for a scan. Unfortunately, the liver mass had largely increased and spread, demonstrating it was likely cancerous. Although we tried increasing his medication to see if that eliviated his symptoms and would provide him still with a good quality of life, Ted took a turn for the worse yesterday and we made the decision to put him to sleep. Thank you Adele for being so empathetic with us yesterday and looking after our baby until the end. Thank you to all of the practice staff to be honest, Ted and I have been regular visitors and you have all been so amazing, sweet and kind to us both throughout and I couldn't have asked for more. If you want a practice that deeply cares for you and your pet, this is the place to go, genuinely.

First visit after reading lots of very positive recommendations. I was really pleased with the way our visit was conducted. The waiting area is clean and fresh and the lovely receptionist was very friendly and the perfect first point of contact. Christina was a lovely vet who put our nervous dog at ease, she explained everything really well and sent me an email as promised later in the evening with options available for us to consider. No hard sell....just kindness! Thank you so much for such a positive visit. I feel lucky to have such professional service close by. We have had to visit several times since and always had the same level of excellent service... Subsequent visits with our two other dogs have been equally positive and reassuring...if 10 stars were possible I would award them...!
