We were slotted in at short notice despite being fully booked. The Vet was very nice and informative about our cat and his injury. We felt reassured by her comments.

Our beloved dog went in for dental treatment, couldn't have been more pleased with both the care and price...with so many veterinary practices charging extortionate prices these days it was refreshing to find value for money. Would highly recommend, friendly and knowledgeable team.

In 2020 my dog was ill, we didnt know what was wrong with her and when we took her to the vet they said "we could call the rspca" and said awful things about my baby girl. Her blood tests came back "like lights on a christmas tree" as the vet described. Im sorry? We bought her in because she had left a trail of white dots which when were cleaned up appeared to had blood underneath, when mixed turned pink. The vet told us her organs were failing, i assume they got this from their christmas light blood test. I feel like that was such a cop out of an excuse? Doesnt sound like they done any investigating on what was actually wrong with her. The following month after she was put down i done my own research, turns out she had diabetes and it was getting out of control, i only wish we had an educated trained vet who could have given us this information and given us a way to help return her to her usual self. Instead her life was cut short at only 8 years old:( Their suggestion was a blood transfusion and given her blood was a result of uncontrolled diabetes, that was a terrible money making suggestion coming with no true medical advice. Please hire vets that care about animals, I know its hard to have to tell a family your pet needs to be put down but i truly feel like she was stolen years of her life. If the vet cared i dont think they would have made us feel guilty in the rspca thing and that putting her down was the best option. She was so full of life:( She just needed help and she had her life taken. She was put down on the 5th may 2020, RIP Isabella, I'm sorry for putting you in the hands of these vets.
