We have been clients at Bilton for over 30 years and the team are fantastic. Our particular thanks go to Tom & Katie who's care, dedication and compassion for their profession is wonderful. Our thanks also latterly to Zoe who was really caring with a recent emergency dash to the vets with our boy who has had a vestibular episode.

An excellent veterinary practice. We have been so happy with the care and flexibility for our dog, especially to manage his anxiety about vet visits and, most recently, for a little op he needed. Such a lovely, caring and competent team and we are always happy to have Tom take care of our boy. Thank you Bilton Vets! Highly recommended.

Professional, warm and friendly. All staff we have been in contact with or met, with our Chocolate Labrador now 14 months, have been informative in answering our questions, suggest and recommend helpful tips. They have a caring approach. Would recommend the monthly care plan they offer which we took out when we first registered Alfie. Also they send reminders by text of appointments and when he is due his flea, tick monthly tablet.

Since joining Bilton we’ve have only positive things to say - all of the reception staff, nurses and vets are friendly and professional. As a first time dog owner I often have lots of questions and I never feel rushed during appointments. We’re incredibly sad to be leaving due to relocation but would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Zoe. She is kind and compassionate. Although our daughter Terri cannot recover from what she has suffered, we are grateful that we still had the chance to give her the best care and love in her final moments of life. Dr. Zoe helped us through this very difficult time with such patience, empathy, and dedication. To me, Dr. Zoe is a good veterinarian. She truly has a big heart for both pets and their owners. I deeply appreciate her tears, her sympathy, and her genuine care. I will never forget her kindness. I wish her all the very best, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

Highly recommend taking your pet here. We took our dog Breeni here as she was unwell and we couldn’t figure out what it was. They were instantly able to find the issue and go ahead with treatment. Positive experience and the staff are very helpful.

Cant recommend this practice enough! After an unpleasant experience at another practice and not happy with how our Mulligans issues were being dealt with we decided to transfer his care to bilton. Zoe and Tom have been dealing with our boy whilst he is under investigation for some possible health issues. Our boy is a rescue and can be a handful but both Zoe and Tom have been patient and have been very thorough with explaining costings and dont just want your money. The support we have had with claiming through insurance has been amazing. The practice as a whole feels like a family and a positive place to be staff are all friendly and welcoming every time we visit.
