DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! My parents took our dog here as we thought she had swallowed something. We insisted an X-ray to be done however they did a different scan then billed us £800 to then tell us the scan cannot see if anything is stuck. They then asked us to come in the next day to do the same scan just to see if there is any difference to then bill us £800 again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They will rob you off your money and come up with up scans and services just to take your money with no help. No refund for the misleading scan they carried out just to get £800 off us. Vets for pets you will continue to get bad reviews for the terrible service you carry out. I recommend taking your pet to Bilton veterinary centre, who were able to help instantly and find the issue.

I have always been more than happy with the service from my vet's, through the good times and the sad times. Lovely, lovely staff.

Walked into the store with my cat in my hands as she was going in for a spay and first thing i get told is i need a carrier which i wasnt told before hand. The receptionisit Bev was extremely rude about the whole sitiation and only worrying about the shi tzu in the waiting room getting stressed out (the dog was calm and not bothered). at this point my cat was extremely stressed clinging onto me so we had asked for a spare carrier for the time being. Once i had walked into the vet room i was met by a lovely nurse who was super sweet and understanding and said i was allowed to borrow the carrier for a few days until i bring her back for a check up. Ofcourse once i come to pick her up both of the receptionists had a massive issue telling us we were not allowed to take the carrier and would not let me get my cat until i went and brought one in pets at home. Overall nurses are super sweet and underatand but on the other hand the receptionisits are super egoistical.

These vets are excellent, we have registered both our cats here for a number of years now, sadly one of our cats died and was so nice today to get in the post a small card and some flower seeds to plant in remembrance, such a nice touch, thank you 🙏

Excellent service. I got an appointment for my puppy within 20 minutes when she hurt herself jumping off the sofa. Luckily she was ok but the quick attention really put my mind at ease 🙂.
