All the staff are very friendly and helpful and Zoe is friendly, professional and knowledgeable; I always know that my dog is cared for and in safe hands with her. Her aftercare and follow up correspondence is excellent too. Thank you 😀

On Thursday, the 7th of May my amazing cockatoo Gracie had a lap spay surgery after a consultation With Victoria, I expressed that due to my horrendous anxiety and mental state was there a way that she could help me to go through the process so she agreed with me to stay in a room and not leave the building which helped my anxiety and when they took Gracie for surgery, they continually came and give me updates to really reassure me. I would firmly recommend everybody at animal house if you have any issues with your lovely doggie’s cat whatever I would say that they would be in the best hands ever at animal house thank you to all the staff at animal house for everything you’ve done so far for Gracie. Kind regards Anne Hayward.

Wow! Can't thank Animal House and in particular vet Sam for the outstanding care and treatment of my cat Poppy. They did everything they possibly could to spare myself and Poppy the trauma of having to go back again (she is a huge challenge to get in a carrier, being a rescued feral!) She had been unwell for several days but after a thorough exam/tests the cause was diagnosed and after a couple of hours at home she is already almost back to normal. Sam, thankyou again so much for your care and understanding

A huge heartfelt thank you to Charlotte & the rest of amazing staff for sending our Douglas to doggy heaven. Such compassion & care was shown every step of the way. One of the hardest things for a family to do, which you made as bearable as possible Thank you

Excellent independent vets lovely staff. Two years ago after serious accident they dipped into a special fund they have and removed one of my spaniels back legs the following day free of charge saving me 3 1/2 k. Thoroughly recommend.

We've been bringing our dog, Loki, to Animal House Veterinary Surgery for years, and we honestly couldn't ask for a better team to care for him. Every single member of staff is not only incredibly friendly and welcoming but also impressively thorough and professional. From routine check-ups to more complex concerns, they've always taken the time to explain everything clearly, never rushing, and always putting Loki’s comfort and well-being first. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the animals they treat, and that makes all the difference. We’ve always felt confident and reassured knowing Loki is in such capable hands. Animal House has become more than just a veterinary surgery to us—it’s a trusted part of Loki’s life and ours. Highly recommended!
