I recently registered with this practice under emergency circumstances while managing an emergency situation with a rescue bird. The registration process was seamless, and the reception team was exceptionally kind and efficient, facilitating an appointment within just a few hours. I was under the care of Dr. Peter, whose approach was outstanding. He was patient, empathetic, and highly collaborative, ensuring I felt included in every step of the decision-making process. Given the nature of the injury and the complex welfare context involved, we collectively decided that euthanasia was the most compassionate option. Dr. Peter handled the situation with profound sensitivity and support, ensuring the process felt entirely unhurried and free from pressure. I am incredibly grateful for the high standard of care provided during such a difficult time

Excellent, the Vets, Gregg and Peter and the Receptionists were brilliant a very calm relaxed reception area and each pet that comes in is treated as one of their own. Pay monthly for a full lifetime package which works out much better, so happy that the Practice opened in Canley, would recommend any pet owner to see them.

Very knowledgeable vet (Peter) with a very lively calm manner. My appointment was on time (unlike other local vet’s who keep you waiting half an hour) clean and modern surroundings and very friendly receptionist. Also much cheaper than other vets per visit plus a payment plan that gives you free consultations! Absolutely amazing I’m so glad I switched 😄

Peter took plenty of time over my lizard, as an exotic specialist, during his checkup and with my concerns. Gave me great advice, more feeding information as I'm a new owner, and he has a genuine love for exotic animals. He went to check more information on a potential skin issue and I feel greatly reassured that I can rely on this vet.

Excellent experience Gregg looked at Pheobe my dogs needs with kindness softness and care explaining in detail what is required at no time did I or pheobe feel anxious which unfortunately I did and my previous vets, hence why I moved to White Cross Coventry. I would recommend this vets and a no time was put under pressure when various options and costs were explained. Happy I moved vets.

Due to a rather annoying feat of bad luck with my other rat savvy vets I had to try out a new practice with my doe. She was presenting with bleeding from the vagina and I was concerned about pyometra. Wonderfully Robert got me in very quickly and had a thorough exam of her. Then quickly did an ultrasound and took a swab for cytology. We decided to go ahead with the spay and he graciously went ahead at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. He was brilliant. Confident and knowledgeable but willing to listen to my experience/knowledge and happy to admit when he wasn't so sure about things. Fair pricing too. Definitely recommend to local rat people.

A new vet practice to the area, my first visit, I took my anxious senior cat for a general health check and flea/worming treatment. The vet was brilliant with her and explained fully with me the next steps...the young ladies on reception were also very helpful and cheerful. Looking forward to my next visit in March. (Plenty of parking, 2 ev charging points and disabled parking spaces.)

So far I am very impressed with the outstanding service provided here. Greg, who I have seen twice now for critical medical issues has gone above and beyond to explain thoroughly what is/could be going on, what is needed and what they can do for my rescue cats. I will be a regular client here. I highly recommend this practice and particularly Greg, Peter also seems very pleasant and knowledgeable, but I haven't had a consultation with him yet. The reception staff/nurses are also friendly and helpful. I am regularly recommending White Cross to other people who are feeling that their animal needs a bit more care. Recent prices at vets are very frustrating, but you will definitely get value for money in your consultation here.. They seem genuinely happy to accommodate any budget and work with you to find a solution.

I attended to take up the £25 vaccination offer, which I find to be very competitive and good value. The whole team were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I saw the vet Greg, who was informative, and was companionate towards my kittens. I arrived 20 minutes early, but was seen on arrival. The facility is clean. I have booked my kittens in for their follow up visit, as well as spaying and microchipping. Give White Cross Vets a try 👍
