I today sadly had to bring my 17:year old cat into the practise. I had filled a form in on line and I was called within a couple of hours. Under examination it's was found Mia had a Tumor. It was explained that the best course was to have her put to sleep. The care and compassion from the vet was brilliant. I didn't get to thank her personally and although I feel guilty I know I done the right thing for her. Great service and my time with the vets has been of the highest standard from them.

Returning client Years ago I used to bring my guinea pigs to Emscote Vets and would do so again if I have more in future. For now, I was looking for a vet closer to home/work for my dog who has a heart condition. She may need more vet support this year and it was difficult to get to her existing vet practice. It was our first dog visit to Emscote last week and all went very well indeed. The staff from receptionist to vet nurse to vet were all welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Various staff have said I'm welcome to pop in during regular hours for a few minutes to help my dog understand the vet practice is a place of many treats and not just scary procedures. The vet nurse was calm and highly proficient in draining my dog's anal glands. It was very quick and my dog was pretty calm with a process she obviously would rather avoid. As it was our first visit to a new practice we needed to see the vet for a general health check. It was lovely to see vet Paula again and she gave me some good advice regarding my dog's dust mite allergy and noted a slight change in the heart condition, to be rechecked in 3 months. Medications were checked and routine flea & worm treatment put on repeat. We have the Pet Health Club plus plan so there was no charge for the visit. The practice sells liver paste and I would highly recommend you get your dog addicted to this as it's the only thing that has been tasty enough to overcome my dog's worry. Patient staff + liver paste is the winning combination. Shout out to the staff at my previous vet practice who put in a lot of work over many, many appointments to help my dog become less afraid of vet visits. I'll go post a review for them too 😁

Professional, caring and really organised too. We always get reminders when vaccines or health checks are due. I've been impressed with every visit, with our cats and our dog. I wholly recommend Emscote.

Moved to Warwick over a year ago and have visited Emscote vets 4 times now. The reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and supportive. Our vet Charlotte was incredible and so patient with our anxious kitty, who is now out of pain and feeling much better ❤️

Wonderful, kind, knowledgeable team with empathy, clear communication, a personal touch. The complex conversations are simplified, the sometimes unavoidable difficult conversations are had with kindness. And they are always conversations - not lectures or instructions. A wonderful wonderful team, with an obvious passion for development of staff and trainees. We've been with Emscote Vets (with several generations of our family pet rabbits) ever since they first opened, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I'll end where I started: wonderful.
