We took our very reactive for her 6 months check .we saw Zoe who was excellent putting us at ease offering berry good advice could highly recommend the vets service and if you get Zoe I guarantee you will be very happy

Took my dog there to be seen as she had been suffering with her ear for 48 hours, scratching, shaking her head, crying. I walked in and was seen by a vet for less than 2 minutes quickly looking in both ears and said they looked inflamed. Prescribed her ear drops which she’s had many times before and after telling him it will be a struggle to give her the drops as she just shakes it out he shrugged his shoulders and gave no other alternative. Anyway, for a 2 minute consultation and a shoulder shrug and standard pet ear drops that cost £15 online, I have been charged £178. There has to be more regulation in the corporate sector of pet care. This is absolutely disgusting. A lot of pets will be suffering unnecessarily due to the extortionate pricing put on customers who can’t afford their obscene charges. These people do not care about your animals, just money and how much they can squeeze out of vulnerable pet owners who truly care about their animals.

Medivet were recommended to me by a retired Vet following an extremely traumatic experience with Avonvale vets at Warwick. Medivet are, professional, compassionate, efficient and literally a life saver of my mums cat. I must especially mention Zoe the nurse who is very cat and customer friendly and the admin team are all very obliging and have a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. No hard selling of products and packages etc but I have to say the treatment package they offer is definitely competitive.

Great experience at Medivet! I visited with my cat and received very professional advice. The booking process is easy, and I love the helpful reminders. Prices are fair and reasonable for the quality of care. Highly recommend!

I arrived via an emergency appointment for severe gastroenteritis in my large dog, which led to a 4 day stay whilst the vets stabilised my boy and checked him over. The team here are absolutely incredible, extremely patient, knowledgeable and always kept me updated. My boy is everything to me, so there's been many followup calls by me to sense check a few things and get advice to aid my boy's recovery. Very grateful for such a caring team who kept me calm and reassured at all times. This is also not the first time coming to this vet, but I felt compelled to write this review as this experience was the same as the last. Fantastic service and just a lovely team. Thank you so much again

Maria and her team are amazing. I had both my babies put to sleep today and I was treated with dignity respect and so much support. They even gave them a lovely breakfast and made sure they were comfortable and went at the same time to Rainbow Bridge making things exactly how I wanted it to be. Sarah on reception has also been a fantastic support nothing too much trounle. Whilst I am heartbroken I cant thank them enough. Highly recommended

This is a warning to any pet owners needing emergency treatment. Do not use this practice under any circumstances. Go to Willows instead if you want to see your beloved pet again. This is supposed to be a 24/7 emergency vet, but on the night of 10/10/25, there were only two members of staff who supposedly could not do a full body scan, because they “didn’t have the staff”. My client’s young and healthy dog came in here for a Gastro issue in October and should have fully recovered if given the proper medical care required. Emma Baker gave this beloved dog something he shouldn’t have had, subsequently causing a rapid decline, resulting in his death. When my client went in to see her dog, she knew something wasn’t right, as he was in a worse state than when he arrived. Emma declared that she’d given him a drug they needed to reverse, but no further explanation was given. She was emotionless and cold, showing no care or sympathy whatsoever. Luckily my client had the sense to get a post mortem, and we now have the evidence of this vet’s negligence. Whatever she had given him caused this poor boy’s death, NOT the gastrointestinal emergency he went in for.
