I need to make a huge shout out to GALA, for continuously keeping an eye out for my missing black cat figaro. Figaro chose the right garden to walk to into. Gala carries on working, even after hours, I am honestly so greatful ❤️

Always caring and efficient. Staff here take good care of my moggies. Our senior cat Bruiser was in a sorry state when he came to live with us, now he's healthy and happy.

Very professional as always Vet approached us talking to my dog and using her name which settles her straight away and she happily walked into the consulting room without a care to where her mom and dad where so we knew she was at ease The appointment was quick and easy and the whole visit was over in no time due to the professional set up as always Thank you all the Avonvale team X

Another branch, unfortunately the same experience. It's shocking when your family pet is on medication to keep them alive and the vets can't seem to provide it when they say they will. 3pm the following day you are told, I have had nothing but problems, so the last and final time I ordered, well in advance, to still be given wrong information multiple times and passed around 3 centers to end up having to go to the Warwick branch I was trying to aviod in the first place because it's beyond awful there. At least this branch were apologetic about there inability to provide the medicine or accurate information on when it would be in ( it was, then it wasn't but was definitely going to be, at some point, maybe). Save yourself the headache and aviod if your pets life literally depends on medication and subsequently the competence of the veterinary practice.

We can't put into words how we felt, having to say goodbye to our beloved and beautiful boy. The process was made easier by the wonderful and sympathetic staff. They gave us time and understanding, which we are truly thankful for. Highly recommended..... Thank you 👍
